It was the personal touch and the desire to help which was the major factor at the time. The renewal on our previous insurance was due and the price had risen considerably. Blue Rock were able to get everything in place within a very short period of time and at a considerable saving.
What has been your experience dealing with Blue Rock?
Blue Rock have been extremely easy to deal with, Liam especially. I was talked through the whole process to provide complete understanding of what, in previous years, has been complex and not transparent.
The relationship between us and Blue Rock is very open. All aspects of the policy are explained fully and transparently. All business is discussed in person. Previous insurance brokers have not been so approachable or accessible.
